@Real_EstateInfo Hilarious, but so very wise!Kevin O’Leary – entrepreneur, straight shooter and TV personality
He described how those successful in getting financing for their business ventures – from Kevin or others – are able to communicate their idea clearly in less than 90 seconds, and have an aura of success about them: that intangible quality that sells the idea. He prefers to work with entrepreneurs who have already tried and failed a few times, because they know how hard it is to become successful, are prepared to sacrifice everything for their business including working 18 hours a day at times, and are willing to look into the abyss of failure and embrace the challenge.
At 55, he sees himself as a much better businessman, who looks at experiences entirely differently. He would like to be remembered for building successful businesses, and helping others to do the same. “It’s a noble pursuit, creating wealth,” he said. “I’m a big fan of capitalism, and it should be a cultural phenomenon in Canada. Taxes are too high here, and we need a lot less government.”
Straighter shooter? Indeed.
