We need your help. We’re on a Membership Drive. If you help us to find new Members, we’ll enter your name in our draw to win an iPad complete with stylish carrying pouch.

TO WIN

First you have to be a Tempo Toronto Member (click on the Members tab above to join if you haven’t done so yet).

Next, use our CONTACT form to tell us the name(s) of people you are going to ask to join as Members.

Then tell your friends to visit www.tempotoronto.ca/membership and register as a new Member.

Friends you refer MUST sign up as Members themselves – we cannot do it for them.

If you’re not signed in as a Member right now, please go back to the “Members” tab above and start the process. Membership is free, and we promise to keep your contact information safe. (See our PRIVACY policy.)

Next, use the CONTACT form and put  ”iPad Contest Referral” in the subject line, and tell us the names of who you plan to refer to Tempo Toronto. For every friend you refer who also JOINS as a Tempo Toronto member, you get one entry in the draw. There are no limits to the number of entries you can have. Just tell us the names of friends you will ask to visit Tempo Toronto and join as new Members, and we’ll watch out for their Member Sign-up notification.

CONTEST RULES

You must be a Canadian resident over the age of 18 to enter.

For each new joining member you refer, you get one inclusion in our draw. There is no limit to the number of new members you can refer.

Contest ends at 11:59pm 15 October 2010.

The draw will take place on 22 October, and the winner will be announced in Tempo Toronto that same day.

The iPad comes in its ‘vanilla’ form,out of the box. The winner will be responsible for obtaining chargeable applications (“iPad apps”) and a data plan to suit his or her needs.

You must sign in as a Tempo Toronto member or create a membership to be eligible to enter.

The prize is transferable to someone who lives in Canada.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. The contest is open to Canadian citizens of age of majority. Identification must be produced on request. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Decisions of the contest judges are final – no substitutions will be available. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Tempo Publishing deems appropriate.

In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Tempo Toronto or Tempo Publishing may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).

Tempo Publishing retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws in Canada and Ontario.

Tempo Publishing reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
